Business Solution Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of health insurance products, operations processes, and technology systems. They should be able to translate high-level processes into detailed business requirement documents and demonstrate a proven track record of end-to-end implementation and business outcome delivery of significant insurance systems.

  • At least 10 years of total experience in health insurance functions is required, with 3-5 years of experience in Health Claims insurance.
  • End-to-end knowledge of health insurance products, operations processes, and technology systems.
  • Able to understand high-level processes and convert them into detailed business requirement documents.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end implementation and business outcome delivery of significant insurance systems.
  • Informed decision-making skills, swift action, and adept creative problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong negotiation skills.
  • Thrives in environments that celebrate co-creation and collaboration.
  • High resilience to manage themselves, their teams, and peers when faced with ambiguity or failure.
