Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to oversee the successful delivery of IT projects. As an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager, you will work closely with project stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive project plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Support quality assurance objectives and participate in release management cycles
  • Coach project teams on Agile methodologies and project management best practices
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Measure project performance using relevant metrics
  • Nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project success
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies, Project Management, and Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience working with remote teams and utilizing Agile performance metrics
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
