Job Title: Academic Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to oversee and manage academic operations, ensuring the quality of delivery, efficient coordination between stakeholders, and resolving operational challenges.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily task assignments, addressing gaps in homework distribution, and tracking tests conducted.

The role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Monitor task assignments to coordinators and Relationship Managers (RMs).
  • Distribute homework accurately and on time.
  • Track test results and update sheets promptly.
  1. Data Management and Coordination:
  • Maintain and update the academic student database.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team for trial sheet completion and fee messages.
  • Ensure seamless operations by maintaining an overview of students, teachers, and classes.
  1. Stakeholder Interaction:
  • Address complex queries and resolve escalated issues.
  • Communicate with teachers and parents as needed.
  1. Resource Management:
  • Share resources with teachers and students.
  • Procure materials that align with student needs.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Work closely with teachers to maintain high academic standards.
  • Monitor the overall academic experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in academic management or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • A proactive problem solver.
  • Familiarity with educational resources and teaching methodologies is a plus.
