Job Title: Regulatory Trade Reporting Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regulatory Trade Reporting Specialist, where you will be responsible for analyzing trade and transaction reporting requirements, assessing their impact on our markets and clients.

You will work closely with our regulatory reporting operations team, providing operational support and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. Additionally, you will partner with project teams and IT to ensure operational readiness for initiatives impacting reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting Operations Support: Assist the regulatory reporting operations team with day-to-day operational issues and escalations related to regulatory trade reporting.
  • Project Collaboration: Partner with project teams and IT to ensure operational readiness for initiatives impacting reporting processes.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Provide program oversight for key regulatory reporting initiatives, escalating risks and issues to senior management in a timely and effective manner.
  • Industry Representation: Represent us in discussions with external counterparties and industry forums, offering subject matter expertise and identifying opportunities to enhance internal reporting practices.
  • Regulatory Interpretation: Interpret regulatory requirements and collaborate with business and technology teams to implement necessary reporting changes.
  • Process Design: Assist with the design and implementation of efficient, scalable regulatory reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with best practices.
  • Governance and Control: Ensure all changes impacting reporting obligations adhere to established governance and control frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Risk Mitigation Skills: Strong risk mitigation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think critically and resolve complex problems.
  • Deadline Management: Experience working under tight deadlines with multiple deliverables.
  • Project Management: Strong project/process management, and organizational skills.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay current with emerging trends to support business growth and transformation.

This role sits within our investment research and trading arm, which provides investment servicing, data & analytics, investment research & trading, and investment management to institutional clients.
