Transaction Advisory Services Specialist

Demanding roles in transaction advisory services call for seasoned professionals with expertise across multiple high-impact deals. As a seasoned professional, I bring end-to-end proficiency in financial due diligence (FDD), analytics, and deal support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering accurate and compliant transaction databooks/workbooks is essential.
  • Collaborating effectively with deal teams, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring consistent delivery is crucial.
  • Preparing key sections of FDD reports, including background, points of interest, QoE adjustments, summary financials, and exhibits is vital.
  • Providing skilled financial analyses, including net working capital, debt/debt-like analysis, and complex adjustments, is essential.
  • Managing management discussions, preparing decks, leading sections in calls, and managing client communications is critical.
  • Utilizing digital tools, such as Alteryx and Power BI, to enhance speed and data accuracy is vital.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience from top-tier consulting & advisory firms or equivalent experience into financial due diligence.
  • CA/CPA/MBA(Finance) qualification is mandatory.
  • Team management/people management experience is required.
  • Understanding of financial statements, financial ratio analysis, accounting standards, and financial concepts is essential.
