About the Role

The role will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive leadership supporting decision-making driving cross-functional initiatives and enabling organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnering
    • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute organizational strategy.
    • Anticipate challenges identify opportunities and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Business & Financial Leadership
    • Support P&L oversight with analytical rigor and business acumen.
    • Drive efficiency monitor business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Facilitate collaboration across teams.
    • Build trust and influence across senior leaders to ensure seamless orchestration of priorities.
  • Change Management & Digital Transformation
    • Lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance agility and scalability.
    • Implement processes and systems that align with our digital-first vision.
  • Leadership Enablement
    • Prepare executive presentations communications and reports for board and senior stakeholders.
    • Provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.
  • Organizational Culture & Communication
    • Act as a cultural integrator helping navigate nuances across teams.
    • Ensure clarity transparency and alignment in internal communication at all levels.
Experience & Abilities Required
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience with exposure to P&L management or strategic projects is preferred.
  • Experience in leading teams or driving cross-functional initiatives is essential.
  • Digital natives who can adapt to and drive technology-enabled change are highly sought after.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and build trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in corporate communication dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Deep business acumen with an innate understanding of growth levers.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution capabilities through past projects or business success.
  • Maturity to navigate corporate culture and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
