Job Title: Corporate Hotel Operations Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic hotel professional to lead our corporate office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans aligned with our company vision and objectives.
  • Oversee the management of multiple hospitality assets, ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired profitability.
  • Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the hospitality sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as general manager/unit head of a hotel with a leading international hospitality brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing hospitality operations.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgetary management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
