Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, implementing and optimizing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies that align with business objectives and target audience insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the Meta and Google advertising landscapes.
  • Manage advertising budgets and provide regular budget tracking and reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and extract actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience optimizing campaigns for conversions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
