Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to coordinate various projects across the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, implement, and monitor quality support programs in assigned states
  2. Optimize usage and improve school infrastructure and facilities (toilets, libraries, computer labs, science labs, and classrooms)
  3. Activate critical processes in schools (sports, assemblies, schedules, libraries, student committees, forums, teacher development, and student-centered activities)
  4. Ensure smooth academic and co-scholastic operations (sports days, annual days, republic days, community volunteering, parent-teacher meetings, etc.) throughout the year
  5. Assist in formulating annual operating plans and monitoring day-to-day expenses
  6. Support the recruitment of academic mentors/trainers
  7. Nurture long-term partnerships with stakeholders (communities, parents, government bodies, etc.)
