  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on project requirements.\
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive requirement management plans to ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.\
  • Analyze and evaluate project requirements to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.\
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to project management and quality assurance.\
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals, business cases, and project charters.\
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure that their products meet project requirements.\
  • Participate in project meetings, reviews, and audits to ensure that project requirements are met.\
  • Maintain accurate records of project requirements, status updates, and issues.\
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery.\
  • Provide support and guidance to team members on project requirements and best practices.\
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and methodologies to improve project management capabilities.\
  • Collaborate with other departments to share knowledge and best practices.\
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and vendors.\
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders effectively.\
  • Support change management processes across the project lifecycle.\
  • Experience in reporting tools such as Power BI, dashboards, and visualizations is an added advantage.\
