Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Performance Analyst.

The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal performance of our applications and systems. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate ability to test custom services using load generating tools across multiple protocols.
  • Experience working in continuous integration and deployment environments, cloud-based infrastructures and applications using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Gatling, GitHub, Maven.
  • Experience in containerization with Kubernetes, Microservices architecture, AWS cloud, Oracle OCI.
  • Demonstrate experience in performance test scripting and executing test scripts.
  • Ability to analyze non-functional requirements, volumetric analysis.
  • Should have knowledge and hands-on skills for C, Java, VB macros, Basic SQL, shell scripts for customizing scripts and innovative automation processes.
  • Solid understanding of Java/JVM architecture, JVM, garbage collection, class loading, thread dumps, DB (Oracle and SQL Server) analysis.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, profiling for application stacks using APM tools such as HP Diagnostics/CA Wily/Dynatrace/AppDynamics etc., and in-depth analysis of server & application metric data.
  • Able to accurately analyze performance test results and highlight issues in both technical and business language.

Additonal skills in supporting tools like Fiddler, Firebug, HAR, Lighthouse are highly valued.

  • Strong background in software testing, specifically performance testing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Java, VB macros.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and applications.
  • Experience with containerization, Microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of APM tools and their usage.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
