Job Title: National Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Retail Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role:
  • To contribute to the development of the retail strategy and implement projects and trials for the Regions, fostering growth and improvement.
  • To communicate business objectives clearly to Area Business Managers, ensuring they remain well-informed about business activities and their contributions to targets.

Tapping into Regional Potential

  • Develops quarter-wise footfall generation activity plans for stores, providing support as needed.
  • Collaborates with Regional Business Managers and teams to create store business plans, coordinating with Headquarters for execution.
  • Analyses competition information to identify emerging opportunities and threats, recommending actions to capitalize on trends.
  • Visits business development sites, provides final opinions, filters leads from Regional Business Managers, and anchors relationships with local representatives.

Franchisee Management

  • Manages franchisee relationships from a business perspective, promoting mutual understanding and success.
  • Resolves conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

SOP Compliance

  • Monitors RRM reports and audit reports, identifying recurring trends at stores.

Merchandize Management

  • Monitors RRM reports and audit reports, detecting recurring trends at stores.
  • Liaises with Buying and Merchandising teams to optimize stock supply in Regions, maximizing potential.

Visual Merchandising

  • Evaluates the effectiveness of visual merchandising arrangements at outlets, suggesting improvements.
  • Ensures that all store displays represent the brand image, enhancing customer experience.

Marketing Support

  • Contributes to the successful delivery of marketing campaigns.

Store Operations

  • Analyzes store opening quality, identifies delay patterns, and implements solutions.
  • Monitors operations, ensures compliance with cash management, stock management, and cost management policies, suggesting process changes when necessary.
  • Develops new store launch plans, monitors launches, and handholds stores during the first three months to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identifies underperforming stores, develops business plans to address issues, and manages effective resolutions.

Competitive Edge

  • Motivates Regional Business Managers to continuously develop knowledge of competitor activity and local market conditions, driving innovative recommendations.
  • Encourages managers to identify trends, suggest product improvements, and drive brand achievements through understanding consumer needs.
  • Collects information on CRM registration rates, analyzes patterns, and ensures high registration rates and effective information sharing.
  • Analyzes customer behavior, suggests ways for better customer service, and provides insights to stores for business improvement.
  • Builds rapport with top customers of every store.
  • Collaborates with agencies for customer engagement, store launches, CRM campaigns, and analytics, negotiating contracts and extracting valuable insights from data.
