Internal Audit Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:
  • Independently conduct thorough audits of various business areas, assessing controls over operational efficiency, financial reliability, and compliance with directives, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in enterprise-wide risk assessments, identifying potential vulnerabilities and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, process flowcharts, and other relevant materials.
  • Collaborate with senior management to investigate and address any irregularities or discrepancies found during audits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of audit plans, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports reflecting audit results, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development of Audit Committee Reports and papers, providing valuable insights and expert analysis.
  • Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management interventions and ensure sustained improvements.
  • Engage in continuous process improvements and cost-saving initiatives through research and development of internal audit practices.
  • The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager) and 5-6 years (Manager) of relevant internal audit experience, holding qualifications like CA/CPA.
  • Prior relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, and other analytical tools is essential.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills are vital for success in this role.
