Job Title: Branch Head

A seasoned leader is required to oversee the sales and marketing operations at one of our centers.

  • Responsibilities include:
    • Leading a team of sales professionals in achieving business targets through effective outreach, lead generation, and customer engagement.
    • Coordinating with various departments such as sales and marketing, accounts and finance, HR, administration, and academics to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
    • Exercising control over sales and marketing staff through direct communication with the Centre Business Head or Business Partner.
    • Providing regular reports to senior management on sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through strategic planning, market analysis, and BTL activities.
    • Visiting assigned center regularly to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide guidance to staff.

    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
