Job Title: Talent Acquisition StrategistWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead and enhance our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:

  • Culture & Employee Experience:

  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong company culture.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:
  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.
  • Performance & Development:
  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives:
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational design as the business evolves.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field is required.

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of local compliance and ability to work with international teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
