Key Role: Community Builder

We are seeking a skilled Community Builder who can lead our online presence, create engaging content, and grow active communities. This role is for someone who is passionate about local culture, storytelling, and digital media.

Job Description

Develop Strategic Content Plans:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize original, high-impact content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Ideate creative campaigns, reels, carousels, newsletters, and community content that showcase our partners, creators, and experiences.
  • Design visually striking assets (graphic design, motion, GIFs, short-form video).

Build and Engage Communities:

  • Build and nurture our local creator, business, and community networks across cities.
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and cultural moments; proactively identify opportunities to participate and lead.
  • Moderate and manage active online communities with a consistent, engaging, and authentic voice.

Drive Growth and Performance:

  • Define and execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Experiment with new formats.
  • Partner with other teams to amplify reach.

Analyze and Report Performance:

  • Own the social media calendar and publishing workflows.
  • Develop analytics and reporting frameworks to measure engagement, growth, sentiment, and campaign ROI.
  • Share actionable insights with leadership and product teams to refine our community-driven approach.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or startup.
  • Strong creative skills — ability to ideate, write copy, and design engaging content.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools.
  • Solid grasp of platform–audience–content fit across Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
