We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Financial Reporting Manager.

About the Role:
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements and ensure timely completion of statutory audits with Big 4 auditors.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes, including projections, quarterly accounts, and tax audit reports.
  • Oversee XBRL, DPT-3, and other ROC filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  • Manage Advance Tax computations and ensure accurate and timely submissions.
  • Coordinate cost audits and prepare consolidated accounts for submission to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain MIS reports and other required reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • CA/ICWA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, audit management, and statutory compliance is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of IND AS, Taxation, and ROC filings is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to ERP systems is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, and develop financial models.
  2. Audit Management: Coordinate statutory audits with Big 4 auditors, manage audit teams, and ensure timely completion of audits.
  3. Statutory Compliance: Oversee XBRL, DPT-3, and other ROC filings, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
  4. Tax Management: Manage Advance Tax computations, ensure accurate and timely submissions, and coordinate with tax authorities.
  5. Cost Audit: Coordinate cost audits, prepare consolidated accounts, and submit reports to stakeholders.
  6. MIS Reporting: Develop and maintain MIS reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
