Job Title: Fund Accounting Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Fund Accounting Manager. This role is responsible for the preparation, analysis, and dissemination of financial and operational information for our funds.

  • This includes managing the fund's capital call and distribution processes, including journal entries and investor allocation, recording receipt of cash collections related to capital activity, collecting and analyzing financial data from various sources, and preparing periodic reports for investors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of experience in fund reporting, accounting and control, and knowledge of fund accounting principles and the ability to maintain accurate and complete capital account records.

  • Additional responsibilities include preparing regular financial reports for credit funds, including NAV, performance reports, and presentations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements.

To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial reporting software and systems, such as Investran, and the ability to manage large amounts of data accurately and efficiently.

  • The position also requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Accounting certification such as Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA is desired.
  • Experience in preparing quarterly estimates for portfolio performance, and extracting trial balance and general ledgers for Geneva close packages for month-end close.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is highly preferred.
