We are seeking a Financial Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and record to report processes preferably in a publicly traded company.

Responsibilities
  • General Ledger Oversight:
    • Manage General Ledger accounting and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Financial Statement Preparation:
    • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
    • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, preferably SAP.
    • Analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
    • Comprehensive understanding of Consolidation of Financials with multiple subsidiaries both domestic and international.
    • Familiarity with accounting standards (e.g., IND AS, GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
  • Intercompany Accounting Management:
    • Intercompany eliminations and reconciliation as a pre-requisite to Consolidated Financial Statements.
    • Collaborate with business units to resolve intercompany discrepancies and issues.
    • Cross-functional collaboration with Group companies and Holding Company reporting.
  • Related Party Transaction Management:
    • Reconcile and Report all Related Party transactions.
    • Implement best practices and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Compliance and Internal Controls:
    • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Cross-functional teams collaboration, finance, tax, and treasury, to support business initiatives and projects.
    • Effective communication with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide financial insights.
