Human Resource Manager Position

The company is seeking a strategic and seasoned Human Resource Manager to lead the human resources function.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems that align with organizational objectives.
  • Handle recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for all departments.
  • Oversee employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling to ensure a positive work environment.
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal cycles, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other HR-related regulations.
  • Manage payroll inputs, compensation, benefits, and HR data management.
  • Collaborate with business heads to identify manpower requirements and workforce planning.
  • Foster effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employee relations management.
  • Drive HR digitalization, reporting, and MIS for management decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. They should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, is necessary.
