Project Leadership Role:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to provide project management and leadership on medium to large scale products with internal and direct customer impact. This role involves day-to-day management of the Engineering team to ensure technical quality, product quality, and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities include Delivering assigned projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure effective launch and delivery of projects to satisfy business needs Leading teams to achieve project delivery success Maintaining strong client relationships, internal and external Applying best-practices and coding patterns for maintainable, modular, and high-quality solutions Creating a culture that emphasizes meeting expectations and delivering value Driving automated solutions for better efficiency and process improvement Growing and managing team skills and talent Managing People Resource processes, including objectives definitions, regular check-ins, assessments, and compensation Facilitating Steering Committee meetings and presenting to senior-level management Promoting customer satisfaction during project delivery

Requirements include 14+ years' experience in developing and managing core products or business applications Strong domain expertise in Cyber Security, with ability to drive innovation and take ownership of cyber security products for customers and MSPs Experience with Content Management, Web Development, Agile Development, and global delivery Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development processes Strong design, architecture, and coding experience Hands-on experience in C++, C technologies, and AWS Ability to handle large-scale and multiple products, as well as scrum teams concurrently Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, business-oriented Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
