Project Manager - Civil Engineering

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction, fit-out of new showrooms and related works while ensuring adherence to the launch plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and obtain GFC for project sites.
  • Work with internal stakeholders for design approvals, materials, QS reports, and related costs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors according to approved parameters.
  • Oversee civil and interior works for company offices, branches, and showrooms, including renovations and new constructions.
  • Execute projects across multiple locations on time.
  • Collaborate with architects to develop store layouts and work with senior management to finalize designs.
  • Plan manpower allocation for construction sites.
  • Regularly review project progress with the team.
  • Implement best practices to achieve perfection in interior works.
  • Assist the PMO in tracking and updating new store launch progress.
  • Communicate new stores' progress to senior management and escalate issues as needed.
