Job Summary

The role involves providing desktop and help desk support to employees, executive management, and event support teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and build Windows and Apple computers and support software and equipment across the enterprise environment.
  • Resolve ticket requests through troubleshooting issues of software, hardware, equipment, and mobile devices.
  • Perform upgrades, repairs, imaging, configuration, installation, and maintenance of PC, MAC, memory/storage, operation systems, servers, drivers, and other equipment.
  • Procure, install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices for Apple and Android.
  • Maintain asset management and inventory documentation for computers and equipment and track office moves.
  • Independently resolve customer issues and report on metrics and service level agreements for the delivery of services.

  • Proficiency in administering Windows and Apple computers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
