Job Overview

Dotflick Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Management Professional to lead our IT project management operations and strategic planning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and directing IT project management operations to meet our organization's goals with both customer and internal focus.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT professional to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact on our company's success. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and direct IT project management operations to meet organizational goals.
  • Provide overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery.
  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop project scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing.
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate cross-project initiatives.
Requirements
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
