Process Trainer Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Trainer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and prior experience in training processes for the telecom industry. International BPO experience is preferred, but not essential. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is a must.

This role involves training employees on various processes within the international telecom sector. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows is crucial. A willingness to work in a dynamic environment and take on new challenges is also expected.

A key aspect of this role is providing guidance and support to employees during their onboarding process. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are vital in building strong relationships with colleagues and ensuring a smooth transition into the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee progress and training outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in process training.
