Process Training Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing training batches and ensuring that all trainees receive the necessary support and feedback.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as flexibility to work in shift, preferably afternoon shift. Knowledge of UK Mortgages is also essential.

You will be working with Microsoft applications such as Form, Excel, Word etc, and should have experience creating academies and newsletters. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accuracy, and you should be able to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources.

This role requires a strong ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues, and to maintain confidentiality at all times. You will be working closely with our training team to deliver high-quality training sessions and to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage training batches and provide feedback and coaching to agents
  • Conduct training sessions as required, under specified timelines
  • Perform performance assessments of trainees during tests
  • Database management, Tbase, daily reports, and analysis
  • Motivate associates through effective management and career development

Selection Criteria:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E
  • Citizen of India or allowed to work in India
  • Above the age of 18 Years

Key Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Flexibility to work in shift, preferably afternoon shift
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications
  • Creation of Academies, creation of Newsletter, etc
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
