Job Title: Commercial Operations Manager

Overview:

This is a key role within the organization, responsible for overseeing finance operations and providing commercial support to leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Finance Operations:
    • Oversee end-to-end finance operations with a focus on revenue cycle management.
    • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts to inform business decisions.
    • Monitor and track budgets, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.
  • Financial Reporting & Closing:
    • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities to ensure timely submissions.
    • Ensure accurate and compliant submission of financial reports.
    • Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
  • MIS, Audit & Compliance:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS for informed decision-making.
    • Coordinate with auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth audit closures.
    • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and internal controls.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to provide commercial support.
    • Provide financial insights and commercial guidance to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) degree
  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Exposure to legal drafting will be an added advantage
  • Key Competencies:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a proactive approach
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
