Job Title:

Financial Advisory Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Financial Advisory Services team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project finance and financial advisory, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis.

The role will involve coordinating with transaction teams to support on-ground development of projects, developing understanding of commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, and supporting the design and development of best solutions for clients.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for interacting with client teams to understand their requirements, responding to changing needs and priorities, and supporting the team in designing and developing solutions to address client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with transaction teams to support on-ground development of projects
  • Develop understanding of commercial and contractual implications under various contracts
  • Support the design and development of best solutions for clients
  • Interact with client teams to understand their requirements
  • Respond to changing needs and priorities
  • Support the team in designing and developing solutions to address client needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full-Time MBA in Finance from a premier B-School
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Project Finance/Financial Advisory only
  • Experience working with International Banks/Investors/Corporate/Financial Advisory firms (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP) working
  • Strong Financial Modelling Acumen
