We are seeking a skilled and empathetic professional to join our team as an Associate or Sr. Associate.
Key Responsibilities- Support students and parents through various communication channels to address concerns and ensure a positive experience.
- Mentor students to effectively use our platform and maximize learning outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc customer-facing requirements from internal teams and execute them swiftly.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer experience or support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathetic and solution-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple communication channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
