Job Title: Cybersecurity Academy Leader

Job Description:

This is a high-profile position within our cybersecurity centre of excellence, where you will lead the development and delivery of comprehensive cybersecurity training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee curriculum development and ensure that it covers a wide range of cybersecurity topics including network security, cloud security, and incident response.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for capacity building initiatives to ensure the academy's success in building a skilled cybersecurity workforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps, and drive change in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
Requirements:Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
