Statistical Programmer - Complex Projects Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Statistical Programmer to oversee large-scale complex projects. As a subject matter expert, you will provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as lead programmer for complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Review Case Report Forms (CRFs), CRF annotations, Statistical Analysis Plans, SDTM/ADAM specifications, datasets, and TLFs.
  • Ensure excellence in programming analysis-ready datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
  • Guarantee that all statistical activities meet internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP, and/or other international/local regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in handling complex efficacy domains and TFLs.
  • Proficiency in SAS and CDISC for programming, as well as programming management skills.
  • Experience in specialized therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, and neurology.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Responsible for code reviews and ensuring quality checks are performed on deliverables.
  • Key communicator in resolving problems at a team level.
