Job Title: Senior Consultant - Siemens Opcenter EXPH

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our team at Capgemini Engineering. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Siemens Opcenter EXPH, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects from installation qualification to configuration and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opcenter Execution: Experience in installing, upgrading, developing, and configuring Siemens Opcenter EXPH for pharma clients (SIMATIC IT eBR).
  • Automation & SCADA: In-depth knowledge of automation, SCADA, historian, and MES software projects throughout the complete project delivery lifecycle.
  • Oracle DB & .NET: Proficiency in Oracle database management, .NET, C#, VB, SQL, MS SSRS query building, and reporting template design.
  • Solution Architecture: Support in defining overall solution architecture, including hardware, software, and network components.
  • Upgrade & Patching: Expertise in upgradation, patching, hardware support, security, and system access, with experience in implementing upgrades and patching.
  • Electronic Recipe Design: Analyze recipe processes, conceptualize electronic recipe design, plan logical and operational workflow, define data input and output, and parameters.
  • Customization Functions: Analyze customization functions, conceptualize design, and develop.
  • Troubleshooting & Validation: Troubleshoot, manage re-work while testing, and perform validation activities.

Required Skills:

  • Siemens Opcenter EXPH installation, upgrade, development, and configuration.
  • Automation, SCADA, historian, and MES software projects.
  • Oracle DB, .NET, C#, VB, SQL, MS SSRS query building, and reporting template design.
  • Hardware, software, and network solution architecture.
