The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough inspections and monitoring raw materials, fabricated components, and finished structures as per drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Inspecting and monitoring raw materials, fabricated components, and finished structures to ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and relevant codes/standards.">
  • Conducting quality checks for welding, bolting, cutting, and assembly processes in line with PEB standards.">
  • Carrying out dimensional inspection of built-up sections, secondary members, and assemblies.">
  • Monitoring surface preparation, blasting, and painting/coating quality as per required standards.">
  • Preparing inspection reports, maintaining quality records, and ensuring traceability of materials.">
  • Coordinating with production, erection, and project teams to resolve quality issues.">
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO/IS/ASTM/AISC/MBMA standards and client specifications.">
  • Participating in internal and external audits.">
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in the quality management system.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.">
  • 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control in PEB / Steel Structure fabrication industry.">
  • Knowledge of fabrication and erection processes for PEB structures.">
  • Sound knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, SAW, MIG, etc.).">
  • Understanding of painting and coating standards.">
  • Good communication and reporting skills.">
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability.">
