Quality Assurance Engineer
">We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform.
">This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about testing and have a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive test automation strategies while maintaining a rapid development pace.
">Key responsibilities include:
">- Test Automation & Strategy: Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications and APIs.
- Quality Assurance: Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential issues, conduct thorough integration and regression testing, execute performance and load testing to ensure scalability, and validate data accuracy and integrity through database testing.
- Collaboration & Process: Collaborate with development teams to ensure the testability of new features, participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability, participate in design and product planning sessions, contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and maintenance, and document test plans, test cases, and testing best practices.
Requirements:
">Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
">Experience:
">- 2-5 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
Preferred skills:
">Technical skills:
">- Strong expertise in SQL and database testing for data validation.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Selenium, REST Assured, Postman, JMeter, Gatling, or similar.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Github Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
Programming languages:
">- Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar).
Soft skills:
">- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to handle unstructured requirements and changing priorities.
Nice to have:
">- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
