We're seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications team as an Associate.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global leader in assurance, tax, transaction, and advisory services, helping clients navigate the challenges of industry convergence and achieve enterprise-wide operational excellence.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments, following commercial and legal requirements while providing exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing in-depth financial analysis of target companies, including revenue, expenses, and profitability assessments.
- Preparing comprehensive due diligence reports that summarize findings, highlight key risks, and provide actionable insights for clients.
- Creating and delivering presentation materials for client meetings, summarizing key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Mentoring and training junior associates, fostering their development in financial analysis and due diligence methodologies.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Post-qualification experience of 1-3 years in FDD or audit domain.
