Job Title

We are seeking a senior human resources professional to join our team at Janasya. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, and setting objectives for the HR department.

  • Set performance objectives for the HR team and track progress.
  • Develop and implement employee growth and development strategies.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for performance reviews and appraisals to ensure fair assessment.
  • Design and implement policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs based on organisational plans.
  • Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates and cost-per-hire).
  • Utilise data and analytics to drive HR decision-making and improve processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
  • Organise continuous learning and development programs for teams.
  • Address employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Drive regular employee engagement and retention efforts.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven 4+ years of work experience as a HR manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management.
