Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides strategic direction to employees at all levels of the company regarding policies and procedures.
  • Assists in Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes by developing effective strategies and implementing best practices.
  • Works closely with Business Partners to revise and update company policies, procedures, prepares and maintains employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conducts comprehensive employee onboarding and helps organize training & development initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Assists with the coordination of company functions as needed, such as events and meetings.
  • Responsible for communicating company information, updates, and policies to employees.
Technical Requirements:
  • Advanced HR administration and people management skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms, including LinkedIn and other relevant tools.
  • Superb computer literacy, with proficiency in email, MS Office, and related HR software.
  • Must be organized, methodical, and able to approach problems in a structured and analytical manner.
  • Knowledge of Performance Management principles and practices.
