IVR Tester Job Description

This is a challenging role for an experienced IVR tester who can ensure the quality of conversational AI platforms within the healthcare industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, executing and automating complex test scenarios to avoid defects, ensuring test coverage and execution of test cases that exercise critical inter-system integration points, and accountable for initiatives of high complexity, risk and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute and automate functional and regression test scenarios to identify and resolve issues in conversational AI platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective test plans, including test cases, test data requirements and test results.
  • Review and provide feedback on product requirements, technical design and specifications through regular user story refinement sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between different systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including creating test plans, test cases, tracking defects and reporting status.
  • Proven expertise in testing healthcare applications and proficiency in Python, Java or JavaScript programming languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text and API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
  • Experience working in Agile development methodologies and understanding of project management tools like Rally.
