Broadband Infrastructure Specialist

As a seasoned Network Professional, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of broadband networks at customer premises. Your expertise in fiber splicing, crimping, internal wiring, and router configuration will be invaluable to our team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Installing and repairing broadband networks at customer premises
- Handling fiber splicing, crimping, internal wiring, and router configuration
- Troubleshooting connectivity issues, including fiber cuts, router setups, and cable faults
- Maintaining network switches and ensuring timely service delivery
- Monitoring systems, resolving escalations, and ensuring 99.99% uptime
The ideal candidate will have:
- 0–3 years of experience in broadband/field networking
- Hands-on experience with fiber splicing, OTDR handling, Wi-Fi/router configuration
- Ability to work on-field (6 days a week, 1 weekday off)
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period preferred
