Job Description

The Role of a Quality Assurance Engineer revolves around ensuring the implementation and execution of thorough testing strategies across various applications and programs. This involves designing, conducting, and verifying software and technical products to guarantee expected performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing comprehensive testing procedures and frameworks to validate software functionality.
  • Investigating instances where software and technical products fail to meet expectations.
  • Developing quality assurance practices to support business growth initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Proven experience in Agile development methodologies, preferably with scaled agile frameworks.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in QA and Testing roles, with 2-3 years focused on Test Automation.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing technical solutions using Java for test automation.
  • Familiarity with automation suites and integrating with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Serenity/Cucumber/Selenium, Postman, SOAPUI, and ALM/Quality Centre.
