Chief Growth Officer: Employee Health & Benefits Expert

As a seasoned Chief Growth Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through strategic retention, cross-selling, and upselling initiatives within the Employee Health & Benefits domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that focus on retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities to ensure consistent revenue flow and client satisfaction.
  • Engage with C-level executives (CXOs) to drive business growth, deepen client relationships, and enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement, including benefit strategy, employee communication, wellness consulting, and technology enablement.
  • Utilize analytical and results-driven approaches, combined with excellent communication and relationship management skills, to manage complex stakeholder ecosystems and negotiate at senior levels.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Employee Health & Benefits insurance solutions, benefits consulting, technology platforms, and service delivery models in a SaaS-enabled environment.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, specializing in retention, cross-selling, and upselling within Employee Health & Benefits and SaaS domains.
  • Proven track record of engaging with CXOs to drive business growth and deepen client relationships.
  • Strong capability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic client engagement.
  • Analytical and results-driven approach, combined with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a commitment to on-site presence for team collaboration and client engagement.
  • Holds an MBA degree from a prestigious institute and is proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
