\We are currently seeking Psychologists to join our team at a premier institute in West Bengal.
\The Role:\- \
- Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis (10 PM – 6 AM).\
- Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels.\
- Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the YourDOST portal.\
- Undertake floor walks in hostels (along with Wellness Champions) to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.\
- Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.\
- Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.\
