Job Title: ServiceNow Test Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test plans to validate functionality and ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with ServiceNow, including creating detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional design documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Test Plans: Create detailed test plans and test cases based on business requirements and functional design documents.
  • Validate Functionality: Execute tests to validate functionality and ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Maintain Comprehensive Test Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans and test results.
  • ID and Report Defects: Identify, document and report defects found during testing.
  • Coordinate with Client Teams: Coordinate and collaborate with client teams for completion of integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Implement Advanced Threat Forecasting (ATF): Design and implement ATF in ServiceNow.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-6 years' experience in Quality Assurance with ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience implementing ATF.
  • Functional Knowledge: Functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc.
  • Testing Integrations: Knowledge of Testing Integrations using ServiceNow and POSTMAN.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Admin.
  • Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/BS, ME/MTech/MS or MCA degree without distance education.
