ServiceNow AI Agent Engineer Role Overview

The ideal candidate will support the implementation of ServiceNow AI Agents at healthcare payer clients. This role requires deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform, AI Agent Studio, and integration of AI/ML models with enterprise workflows.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy intelligent ServiceNow Agents that enhance automation, service delivery, and analytics capabilities.

This position involves developing workflows, subflows, and process automation within ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps modules.

Key qualifications include hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Platform, proficiency in no-code/low-code development, and solid understanding of LLMs and ML concepts.

Responsibilities also include configuring and customizing ServiceNow AI Agents using AI Agent Studio, integrating ServiceNow AI Agents with external systems, and enabling AI Agents to call external tools and interact with databases or third-party AI models.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting, familiar with data integration, and experienced with AI governance, analytics, and monitoring tools.
