Job Title: Operations Manager

The Role of a Lifetime Awaits

We seek an exceptional candidate to spearhead our on-ground project deployments across the North India belt. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing project setup and execution, site management, client coordination, team and vendor management, quality control, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Setup & Execution Plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects across assigned regions.
  • Site Management Establish operational infrastructure, manage on-site resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • Team & Vendor Management Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
  • Quality & Compliance Monitor operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards.
  • Reporting Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges faced, and next steps.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management (preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or technical service domains).
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • Highly adaptable to changing field conditions and problem-solving on the go.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Graduate degree (Engineering or Management background preferred but not mandatory).
