Job Overview

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, configure solutions, and ensure seamless implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-oriented approach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deploy, configure, and integrate solutions at client sites.
  • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and service desk solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with their business needs.
  • Work with internal teams (DevOps, Support, Product) for smooth delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain implementation-related documentation, standards, and user guides.
  • Provide training and support to clients for effective product usage.
  • Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain client satisfaction during implementation.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in IT implementation, system integration, or related roles.
  • Experience with monitoring and service desk tools.
  • Knowledge of on-premise and cloud-based deployments.
  • Familiarity with network concepts and ITIL processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux servers, Windows, and basic networking is required.

Good to Have:

  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Exposure to scripting or automation for deployment/configuration.
