We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Learning Director to join our team. This key role will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact learning programs that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and leadership development practices. They will be able to analyze learning needs, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted interventions to address these gaps.

This role requires a strong program management background, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring meticulous attention to detail and follow-through. The successful candidate will also have experience in using learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools to deliver engaging and effective training experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing comprehensive learning strategies that align with business objectives
  • Developing and delivering high-impact learning content using various modalities, including e-learning, virtual workshops, and instructor-led training
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of learning programs, from needs analysis to evaluation and reporting
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, HR partners, and subject matter experts
