Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on creating deal documents such as pitch decks, financial models, business plans, teasers, and other marketing materials that showcase the value proposition of our clients' businesses.

You will work closely with clients across various sectors and geographies, providing strategic guidance on structuring their funding rounds in light of market conditions and investor needs. This requires an understanding of the private investment market, including funding ask, valuation, financial models, business projections, and more.

Additionally, you will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services to clients, managing multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining strict deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking or a related field is preferred.
  • CFA Level 1 or 2 certification is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in startup fundraising or venture capital is highly valued.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.
