We are seeking an exceptional Service Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative solutions to our customers.


As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.


Your primary focus will be on selling our UPS services and driving business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and close deals.


You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can deliver results-driven outcomes and build strong relationships with our customers.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Meet revenue and gross margin objectives
  • Maximize sales of AMC through existing and new installations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Manage account receivables and ensure timely payment
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote our services
  • Analyze market trends and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in field service sales
  • Strong understanding of UPS service business, AMC, and digitalization
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
