Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer service policies and standards to improve overall performance.
  • Work closely with quality assurance to ensure compliance with service protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough research to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with some regulatory knowledge.
  2. 2-3 years of post-graduation experience; background in sales/marketing and healthcare/medical devices/service order management industries is preferred.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Outlook.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.
  5. Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  6. Team player with a collaborative attitude.
